HOW TO ADD DEVICE

What are the pre-requisites to install the device?

Mobile application Onlook by Biz Message Solutions needs to be installed in your android mobile.

WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE WIFI CONNECTION?

Your onlook device needs wifi connection to install and use.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY DEVICE IS CONNECTED?

After device installation and login, go to menu-> click on Devices-> your installed devices can be viewed

HOW TO PROCEED IF MY INSTALLATION FAILS?

Re-install using installation procedure. Turn on the million device as mentioned in installation document so that device is in setup mode and device name “Million-xxxx” is displayed in android wifi network

HOW DO I CREATE ACCOUNT AND LOGIN?

Go to Menu->Login-> Click on Create->Fill the details and signup-> Activation email will be sent to registered email ID-> Click on the link to activate .

WHAT IF I HAVE FORGOTTEN OR DON’T REMEMBER MY PASSWORD?

Go to Menu->Login-> click on forgot password send by email-> Password is sent to registered email address

WHAT IF I HAVE FORGOTTEN OR DON’T REMEMBER MY USER ID?

Your email ID is your User ID. Any other issues click contact support. .

WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE MY PASSWORD?

Go to Menu-> Settings-> user accounts-> Provide new password. .

NOTIFICATIONS

HOW TO TURN ON THE NOTIFICATIONS?

By Default Notification are turned on,Go to Menu-> Settings-> Devices-> Select your device-> select the desired notification (unselect block all notifications)

CAN I GET EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS ?

Go to Menu-> Settings-> Devices-> Select your device-> select email notifications

HOW DO I TURN OFF THE NOTIFICATION MESSAGES?

Go to Menu-> Settings-> Devices-> Select your device-> Select block all notifications

HOW TO CHANGE THE DEVICE NAME?

You can change device name, Go to Menu-> Settings->Alert Notifications->Select device and change Nick Name and slide save.

I HAVE CHANGED MY HOME/WORKPLACE WIFI PASSWORD? HOW DO I NEED TO RESET IT IN THE DEVICE?

Go to Menu-> Settings->Alert Notifications->Select device and Delete the Device and Add the device from “DEVICE” in main menu
