You can return any Onlook Device or accessory you purchased directly/dealer from Bizmessagesolutions India Pvt Ltd,a services companyfor a full refund within 7 (Seven) days (“Return Period”) of the day you received it as long as it is in new condition and in accordance with our return policy below. Your Device is not eligible for return and refund after the 7 (Seventh day) day return period has expired.
After the 7 (Seventh) days have passed, you will no longer be entitled to return your Device, unless it is defective. See Warranty Service below if you need to return your Device for service. This does not affect your consumer rights.
Note: If you have purchased a Onlook under Try Risk Free promotion or Money back guarantee promotion on Amazon.in then your Devices will be eligible for return and refund within 7 (seven) days of the day you received the Device in open or closed box condition. Please use our standard return process for returning the Device(s).
Note: If you want to return a Device for a refund and you purchased your Device from a third-party retail store, you must return your Device to the retailer where you made the purchase according to the retailer’s return policies not greater than 7(Seven) days.

Prepare the Device for return: place it in the original packaging. You may still return the device if the box has been opened. Keep all documents and cables in box.
If device is defective you have send device to company addresses in Bangalore. After service company will send the device to your addresses at company expense.
Give return package to the carrier: Please wrap the package securely, attach the return label you printed to the package, and follow the instructions provided to arrange a collection with the carrier or bring to your local post office.
When we have received and processed your return, our returns department will request the appropriate refund to the payment method used for the original order. Will be informed you in WhatsApp communication tool.
You may be reimbursed for your shipping costs according to the company decision at that point based on case to case.
Devices are covered by a One-Year Limited Warranty. If you are a consumer, you will also have consumer rights and this warranty is provided to you in addition to these rights and does not jeopardize your consumer rights in any way. This means that if your Device is faulty, you may be entitled to a repair. Customer have to send the device to company and company will return the device after service and company cost to customer.
The use of a Device is also subject to the License Agreement and Terms of Use. Company will not cover the Return policies for cable and usage of high power devices connected to the onlook device, In such case end user has to own the cost of transport of device to and from the company, Only after payment device will be sent to the customer.
Company has final rights to take decision on service of the device. They may give a new device in case of major problem arise with the device. Company will support and respect end customer and device.
